When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Orders for ready-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 3–5 working days. For smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details before checkout.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, as each order is immediately processed to ensure prompt delivery.

Can I return or exchange an item?

At present, we do not offer returns or exchanges, except in cases where an item is defective or sent incorrectly. For these situations, please refer to the instructions on the product listing or contact us at hello@morningjuliette.com.

What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective item?

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives defective, please contact us at hello@morningjuliette.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received

Kindly ensure the item remains sealed and unused to qualify for a replacement.

What is not considered a defect:

  • Minor variations in stitching or threading.
  • Slight colour differences due to lighting, screen settings, or the natural characteristics of the materials.
How do I care for my items?

Do you ship internationally?
